Shipping & Return Policy

1.How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Orders will be shipping via FedEx,DHL or UPS express with 24-48 hours, usually 3-5 working days to arrive. If you need other type of shipping method, please contact us for more details. Due to the pandemic worldwide, shipping will be a bit delayed. We will help track your package and urge the delivery service to deliver to you asap. Please make sure that your address is a physically correct. No Po box address please. 

Note: Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct before shipping. We’re not responsible for package lost which sent to the right address.

2. Can I make changes to my order?

Orders can be changed if they are not shipped out yet. Please contact our customer service at fleekyhaircompany@gmail.com for inquiries. 

3. May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions with 15 days after you receive the order. Unused hair can be returned or exchanged within 15 days. The shipping fee of the returned package will be borne by the buyer. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer.   However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!   If you’re not satisfied or have any questions about the hair you received, please contact us first so we can work with you as soon as possible .

We are not responsible when the hair is dyed, bleached or cut.

The hair must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges anything used and broken.

4. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and used. Refunds are normally issued within 3 business days.

5. May I make a exchange?

Yes, you can make an exchange within 15 days. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!
